Registration is now on for Learn To Run 2026!
The "From Recliner to Runner" Learn to Run program is a 10 week program designed to meet the needs of all levels of participants that join the program, whether you have never run before, you rarely run, or you are returning from a running "leave of absence". People run at different paces, and this program/volunteers will accommodate this.
Orientation will be at 6:00 pm on Monday, April 6th with the run to follow at 6:30 pm. Location: Main Lobby, Medicine Hat College. The schedule will be provided at that time.

Future runs will be scheduled from a variety of starting points around the city to show new runners different trail options. The locations are also posted on the "Schedule" tab of this webpage. Runs will start at 6:30 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. The 10 week schedule will be from April 6th - June 10th.
